Corporate History

M Hayes was started in January 1999 by Melinda Hayes, who has more than 27 years as a veteran of the managed care industry. In January 1999 M Hayes consisted of a handful of employees located in Maryland and Virginia. M Hayes became classified by the state of Maryland as a certified Minority Business Enterprise and in Virginia as a Certified Woman owned business. The vision Melinda wanted to instill into her company was on deriving the best outcomes for M Hayes customers. As this vision was implemented along with high quality standards, M Hayes customers asked Melinda to expand into other states. Accordingly, today M Hayes is able to provide national coverage. This is due to our high level of standards and a commitment that we hold ourselves to internally and externally with our business partners. Our consistent and positive professional results on claims have provided continued growth of our staff and service areas. As a company we deliver quality services on each assignment demonstrating our commitment to our Standards of Excellence each and every day.
