Regulatory Compliance
M Hayes possesses a regulatory compliance division that is maintained and managed within our Legal department. State and Federal compliance regarding WC laws and practice requirements for case management is managed by our general counsel, head of Legal, with input from regulatory compliance committee corporate staff. Our general counsel provides guidance and monitors regulatory matters that impact the operation of the company. Further, we belong to a number of professional organizations that provide us with updates on matters affecting our business and professions, including law and regulatory changes.
