Bilingual Vocational Consultant

Provides assessment, evaluation, counseling, and placement services to disability compensation recipients. Holds a master or doctorate degree in a health related field or counseling discipline from an accredited institution; or a baccalaureate degree in a health related field or counseling discipline from an accredited institution, where one year shall have been spent in the vocational rehabilitation or related services.

Bilingual Medical Case Manager

The Bilingual Medical Services Consultant is responsible for providing case management services which facilitate the delivery of quality, cost effective interventions to injured and ill clients across the continuum of care. A bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a health-related field and licensure as a health professional; or certification as a case manager; or RN license and three (3) years of clinical practice experience and practice case management within the scope of their licensure.

Interpreters

Interpreters help claimants to communicate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff. Interpreters must have excellent communication skills in both languages with short-term and long-term memory, note-taking skills, and a grasp of subtle nuances in both languages. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to speak fluent SPANISH and ENGLISH. Ability to handle stressful situations and demonstrate a potential for strong problem solving skills. Must be able to operate office equipment, PC skills a must.

Medical Case Managers

Registered nurses who have experience in case management, worker’s compensation injury management and return-to-work. PC skills required.

Vocational Consultants

Masters graduates or masters candidates pursing a degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related discipline. PC skills required.
