Corporate History M Hayes was started in January
1999 by Melinda
Hayes, who has more than 27 years as a
veteran of the managed care industry. In January 1999 M Hayes
consisted of a handful of employees located in Maryland and Virginia.
M Hayes became classified by the state of Maryland as a certified
Minority Business Enterprise and in Virginia as a Certified Woman
owned business. The vision Melinda wanted to instill into her
company was on deriving the best outcomes for M Hayes customers.
As this vision was implemented along with high quality standards,
M Hayes customers asked Melinda to expand into other states.
Accordingly, today M Hayes is able to provide national coverage.
This is due to our high level of standards and a commitment that
we hold ourselves to internally and externally with our business
partners. Our consistent and positive professional results on
claims have provided continued growth of our staff and service
