When a case does not seem to be progressing medically we offer a face to face consultation with the physician with our highly trained and clinically experience medical consultants. Our medical consultants will clarify with the physician why the case is not progressing as it should and within minutes of that consultation provide you with a verbal report of the physician consultation and make recommendations to place the case on track clinically.

Vocational Case Management

Job Analysis
M Hayes vocational consultants are able to perform on-site job analyses to ascertain the all aspects of a job to include skills required to provide to the customer an accurate and detailed analysis of any position in the economy. The complete report allows an employer to have a record of each position perform, or can be viewed by a physician to determine if an employee with a disability is able to perform a position.

Resume Preparation
When a person with a disability is unable to return to a job and is in need of finding another one our trained vocational consultants are able to work with the employee to construct an effective resume to assist with a job search. The resume is tailored to the employee and to targeted jobs. M Hayes will provide both written and electronic copies of the resume to the employee.

Job Seeking Skills Training
Often employees who can not return to a job due to a disability have not had to seek work for years, therefore are in need of assistance to find a position. An aspect of the vocational rehabilitation process is providing the employee with counseling and training to assist them in how to find and obtain suitable employment. In this regard the M Hayes vocational consultant provides the employee with information on targeting jobs and employers who hire for the types of positions sought, interviewing technique to include answering difficult questions relating to loss of a previous job or addressing a disability. By coaching the employee M Hayes is able to affect a claim that results in savings.

Job Placement
Placing the employee who has a claim for disability is the primary focus of the vocational rehabilitation process. Our experienced vocational consultants have vast knowledge of the local labor markets. They provide to the job seeker job leads that are consistent with the employee’s education, skill level, physical and mental capabilities. Job search records are maintained by the employee and monitored by our vocational consultant to verify an earnest job seeking effort.
