Our workers’ compensation knowledge and experience is infused in our interpretation services. Through our proprietary training program our interpreters are certified in medical and workers’ compensation terminology. Whether telephonic or in the field, our interpreters understand workers’ compensation which impacts claims cost.
We provide the right interpretation service for the case, rendering best value and outcome. Referrals are criteria based and selected in liaison with our other Language Services.
On more complex cases, field intervention through task or full management will provide greater influence on the outcome of the claim. Criteria based, referral to field will improve overall management on more complicated or chronic cases.
Criteria for Interpretation and Translation Services
Interpretation services are appropriate when the injured worker has limited/non-English speaking skills. They may be utilized as a stand alone service when the criteria do not warrant bilingual case management intervention. Interpretation services may also be used in combination with case management services when cost effectively applied. Telephonic or field interpretation may be utilized, based on the complexity of the case.
